The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, guiding their vision from concept to execution. You'll leverage Strong Events' inventory, collaborate with internal teams on custom fabrication, and manage costs and timelines — all while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Our Print Production Assistant contractor will be assisting our in-house Large-Format Print team execute projects during peak event season and serve as back up when our lead is on PTO

Our Vinyl Installers work with us during peak event season and when we need to augment our in-house vinyl installers.
Must have experience installing vinyl with NO bumps, creases and understands the details of a clean install. Work includes working in our shop and on-site in the locations we install vinyl - typically Austin but sometimes includes out of town jobs too.

Our Jr. Carpenter enjoys helping us prep all of our custom builds before they get their final treatment in the Art Department. This is a critical step in our process. Needs to have patience and enjoy working in an active warehouse sanding and puttying a variety of sized projects - everything from a basic frame to an oversized cowboy boot. You get to be a part of the magic.

The Warehouse + Licensed Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading up and unloading our 26’ box trucks pre and post-events. Their #1 job is to make sure that the truck is loaded correctly with all items that are needed for a successful and efficient event setup. On the event job site itself, they are responsible for efficiently and cleanly unloading the box truck, assisting the lead onsite to install all custom builds and rentals.

The CAD Detailer (part time/contractor) will be responsible for all aspects of producing detailed drawings for our in-house fabricators, artists and clients. You are also extremely reliable and able to carry out multiple tasks autonomously and collaboratively. You are comfortable with both digital communication and in-person communication.

Our Carpenter/Welder contractor enjoys managing a custom project in our warehouse on a limited timeline. You get to collaborate closely with our Print/Art/Sales team to produce one-of-a kind specialty event props and installations.

Other than our Bookkeeper role, all positions do have the expectation of working from our Austin warehouse. Yes, we do travel for our job sites but in general our Austin warehouse is our HQ, and you can expect to be there for the majority of your standard work week.
